Throughout that time my wife has had hers taken by unauthorized vehicles half a dozen times, only once was I able to contact the front office to resolve this issues. Why would I pay for a reserved spot if I can't f cking use it Neighbors are loud all hours of the day night, and the gates barely work, letting anyone into the conplex

We were lied to and verbal agreements weren't honored
They don't do what they say they will do
When you reach out with questions and or inquiries there is no response or answer.
This is definitely not what we expected. We should have proceeded with a REFUND. This has been an unpleasant move in experience.
As of today we still don't have access to the place where we pay rent
We never received a gate code or information about some app they mentioned to open the gate.
They make you pay for mandatory Internet that they provide no details for.
Not sure about maintenance or housekeeping either. The house keeper did not clean. She mopped and when we arrived she did not greet us she was on Tik tok live on her phone just standing around.
Very unprofessional and rude.
At move in we had a filthy filter in the furnace. Very disgusting and disturbing. The parking lot is very unsanitary. You can track all sort of nasty junk into your home as soon as you get out the car. We put in a few work orders let's see how long it takes for those to be addressed.
As of today, I most definitely wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.
